Joslyn Keating


Joslyn's practice focuses on representing Oregon and Washington employers, businesses, insurers, and third-party administrators in a wide array of legal matters, including workers' compensation; drafting and enforcing employment policies; OSHA; allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations; BOLI complaints; drafting and negotiating contracts; and general litigation.  Joslyn's experience as a plaintiff and defense attorney, Corporate Counsel, and litigator gives her unique insight into the needs of businesses and employers, allowing her to develop innovative and tailored solutions to meet each company's goals and needs.  She also strives to limit clients' financial exposure by conducting internal HR and workplace safety evaluations, drafting employee handbooks and policies, and revising those handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
